    The Federal Supreme Court, announced Tuesday, to postpone the proceedings toappeal against the abolition of the posts ofVice President of the Republic to the 19 of next April, while the postponed lawsuit challenged the Iraqi Media Network by law to the same date. 
    He said judiciary spokesman Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar in a statement received (range Press ), a copy ofwhich, " the Supreme Federal Court today held its ordinary and decided to postpone the proceedings to appeal the decision to cancel the posts of vice President of the Republic at the request of the agent the President added to his job , which is a third party in the proceedings to submit a list containing the position of thedecision to cancel these positions." 
    Bayraktar said that " the court also decided to defer consideration of a lawsuit to challenge the Iraqi media network Act , " pointing out that " the plaintiffs demanded Bamhalam to provide a list of answer to the nine points contained Answer defendant (chairman of the board of Representatives in addition to his job)."

" 
    He noted Bayraktar that" these cases have been postponed to the 19th of the month of April next year. " 
    the Federal Court, have decided on the 16th of last month to postpone consideration of the appeal submitted by the head of a coalition united Osama Najafi to cancel the post of vice - president of the republic. 
    it is said that the Federal Supreme Court, in the decided (16 January 2016), defer claiming former Vice President Osama Najafi to appeal the decision to cancel the post of vice president.
