The Ministry of the Interior, that the closure of the channel offices [Baghdad] satellite came in implementation of the decision of the media and communications about violations of orders and regulations of the Commission.
According to a ministry statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that it "shows public opinion in regard to the decision of the CMC issued by the judicial authority of the Board and private to close the Baghdad channel office, to show that they hand executive only judicial orders and by virtue of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance Iraqi constitution. "
Interior confirmed, "it stands as we have made clear in previous statements, at the same distance from all the media audio-visual and print, both local, Arab and international, but binding at the same time exercise the constitutional work tasks, and it is keen to provide protection to the cadres of the labor and the media in all governorates of Iraq , to enable them to perform their duties and professional media freely and safely. "
