Abadi said during a meeting led by the officials and brigades popular crowd, Thursday, that the popular crowd a State institution and touch them touchedthe Iraqi state.

He continued, " The victory will be soon and we will raise the Iraqi flag in Mosul , " and praised " the heroic stance of themartyr young man who raised the Iraqi flag in Sharqat , one of the people and the heroic spirit is going to be a great motivation for the Liberation of territory."
He said the Prime Minister, said that "freedom of expression and demonstration is constitutionally guaranteed and theprotection of the citizen and demonstrator is our duty and Khodhana out of the war is to protect the citizen and our responsibility to provide this protection."
B Abadi also praised " the wonderful relationship between the security forces and citizens , " pointing out that " the citizen hasthe right to pretend to demand reform and services and the fight against the corrupt and others and we have to protect it is necessary to abide by the law and place of demonstrations and prevent armed manifestations."
