    4:15:03 a.m. 03/28/2016 |(Voice of Iraq) - Basra put theBasra Governorate Council a plan for obtaining revenue from thedepartments ofthe Ministry ofLabour andSocial Affairs in the province, as well as discuss the possibility ofself - financing for those circuits. The head of theprovincial council in Basra morning Albzona in astatement that the Council met with thedirectors of the departments ofthe Ministry ofLabour andSocial Affairs They discussed the new plan after the transfer of the powers ofthese departments from Baghdad to Basra , and how to make use of their financial resources in development circles largest possible number of citizens these amounts and coverage.Albzona He added that thetransfer ofpowers is animportant test to prove theprovinces theability to manage these circles, referring to thedebate activation of obtaining revenue from those circles andself-funding through fee simple Asthsal of the citizen and that facilitate thecompletion oftheir review process, expressing theCouncil 'ssupport for these circles in thesimplification and reduction ofred tape and facilitate thecompletion oftransactions of the citizens. He added that many of thedepartments transferred its powers to Basra from the Ministry ofLabour and Social Affairs social only three sections was left, with the view that theprovinces areable to ensure the success ofthis experience.He stressed the importance of local revenues be subject to thecircles in Basra and sent to Baghdad, inorder to conduct its affairs ,particularly with regard tomaintenance in those circles or procure thenecessary supplies. for his part , social protection network in Basra director Samir student Farhood said that themeeting discussed theproblems and obstacles that hinder the work of the Ministry of labor departments in the province, pointing out that the Council promised toovercome them and provide thenecessary support ,particularly logistical support and the provision of vehicles for the purpose ofdelivering committees to beneficiaries in remote areas in the province. inturn Director ofLabour Department in Basra Amjad Adel Majid said that thefundamental problems in thedepartment is thelack of enough staff to manage the affairs of theborrowers, aswell as the needs of thedepartment andother logistical matters. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
