" 
The province of Babylon , one of the provinces that are not covered sewer services and suffers greatly from alack of sewage and sanitation systems , although located in the networks in the city of Hilla , the county does not exceed 12% of the city needed causing, especially in the rainy season big problems where plunging neighborhoods, streets and areas, schools and hang always out.
