    She stressed Kuwait on "the need to continue filing regular in the Compensation Fund for five percent of the revenue generated by sales of Iraqi oil exports and petroleum products, natural gas, according to UN Security Council Resolution 1956 as well as five percent of the value of any payments other than cash for oil and petroleum products and natural gas . "
    It also stressed the "importance of continuing to maintain a transparent mechanism to ensure scrutiny of the amounts transferred to the Compensation Fund.
    Mudhaf said that "the continuation of the deposit these amounts into the Compensation Fund bring us closer all of the final accomplishment of the task of the Board of Directors regarding the full payment of compensation to Kuwait which is approved by the Council as a right of the people of Kuwait."
    He pointed out that Kuwait had formally requested in September of 2005, the Board of Directors to take the necessary steps again to restore some sensitive and confidential documents of the United Nations Commission for compensation provided by the Kuwait Investment Authority to support the claim category (3).

    He explained that the Kuwaiti government is aware that a successful transition of the program from the Board of Directors to oversee the national will definitely use it a perfect legacy for cooperation in the post-conflict period and deserves international competition by future generations.
    He stressed that Kuwait has taken the necessary steps to issue the required guarantees to the Governing Council to maintain the systems and controls after the transfer of supervision is now in the process of finalizing with the Secretariat of the Compensation Committee.

    bet that if iraq give kuwait that 11.2 billion today they would be out of chapter 7 within a week, maybe.
