{Baghdad:
Euphrates news} Rep. representative citizen block Finch Chen "the
Government can amend the budget law and sent it to Parliament for
approval as long as it's approved and agreed with the Kurdistan
Alliance."

The Chen agency {forat news} that "under the new
agreement between the Federal and territorial governments which included
in one of its provisions amending the law of the federal budget for the
current year, the Federal Government made this amendment and sent a
Bill to the House of representatives to read it again and voted on and
passed.

And that "the amendment could be based on a financial
surplus and inevitably is present and the Government know how things are
going, there may be a transfer of funds from the gates to the other".

A
delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government, visited Baghdad on
Monday nechirvan Barzani, led talks with the National Alliance and a
number of contentious issues between them and work to find solutions to
address them, and then later met President by Prime Minister Nuri
al-Maliki.

A statement from the Prime Minister's Office received
