    [ltr]Ministerial Committee embarked on the problem by the Council of Ministers, reluctant to investigate suspicions of corruption in contracts for two projects worth in excess of more than billion dollars.[/ltr]

    [ltr]The committee recommended "hosted by the Inspector General of the Ministry of Industry to learn more details about the project, as well as access to the technical and economic feasibility study for the rehabilitation of the production of iron and steel plant in Basra."[/ltr]
