" He said Nomani that" the plant has been completed 80% of the civil works of pouring territory and monument gables and lay the foundations and rules of the machines and the completion of 24 tanks of crude oil out of the 44 tank per the capacity of which 4,250 tons, and at the project level in general, the overall progress is 45% , "expected to" complete civil works perfectly before the holy month of Ramadan in June.
