"he added , " the contract mentioned was concluded as an investment project worth $ 700 million and be qualified for 3 - year investment period of 18 years and by aproduction rate of 900,000 tonnes per year, but saw a delay in the completion, "adding that" the committee recommended after knowing the merits of the project tohost the Inspector General of the Ministry of Industry to learn more Alvaesel on theproject, as well as access to the feasibility study technical and economic rehabilitation project of the iron and steel production plant in Basra. " he continued ," the second project which was discussed by the ministerial Committee is to Najaf , the capital of Islamic culture project , which was included in the investment plan in 2012 worth 572 billion Iraqi dinars , and includes the creation of the Palace of culture and the two hotels and the rehabilitation of a number of streets and details Other.
