    / Nina / Hero Ibrahim Ahmed, President Jalal Talabani's wife announced
    that she does not think in the presidency of the Republic of Iraq.

    Ahmed
    said in a press statement today May 8 that she does not want the post
    of presidency of the Republic of Iraq and she does not think about it,"
    pointing out that they did not talk, during her visit to Tehran, about
    replacement for the presidency of the Republic of Iraq and for an
    alternative to the post of Secretary General of the Patriotic Union of
    Kurdistan (PUK), which occupied by Jalal Talabani.

    She made it
    clear that she visited Tehran at the formal request of the Islamic
    Republic of Iran, noting that the Iranian authorities sent to her, more
    than an invitation, to visit Tehran.

    Hero Ibrahim confirmed that
    she did discuss the internal affairs of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan
    (PUK) during her visit to Tehran, which lasted several days, because it
    is a red line, stressing their rejection of interference in their
    internal affairs from any party whatsoever, indicating that her meetings
    with Iranian officials in Tehran focused on the development and
    strengthening political and economic relations between the Kurdistan
    region of Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

    She refuted the
    news talk about her candidacy for the post of President of the Republic
    of Iraq and the secretary-general of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan,
    saying: These reports are baseless. / End

    news talk about her candidacy for the post of President of the Republic
    of Iraq
    Sounds to me Tali is about to get replaced since Mama, doesn't want the JOB. I am just curious tho, if the next will be appointed or, the constitution changed to a voting structure implemented for that position... ;)
