Some of Hillary Clinton’s top aides from her time as U.S. Secretary of State must face questions from lawyers for a Washington watchdog group investigating the circumstances under which one of her closest advisers was also allowed to work for an outside consulting firm and the Clinton Foundation, a judge said.
