    Iraq explained that "Baghdad's investment Commission and based on the principle of adopting commercial and tourist resources in reviving the local economy and make them new wealth for the country, to allow a number of investment companies aspiring to develop various sectors including tourism, which came with an idea and a new pattern of projects intended to create in Baghdad to give appropriate picture which befits them as capital".
    Iraq said that "among these companies Seema company for trading and contracting services, which performs floating restaurant on the banks of the Tigris River in Jadiriyah, cost five million dollars, which approached the ratio of 70%", stating that "the project consists of a three-storey restaurant and banqueting and parking lot, with all the high quality services and the citizen wishes to Baghdadi away from monotony in other restaurants.
    Iraq confirmed that the company used a combination of tradition and civilization in the building of the project what would make him one of the most important landmarks of the capital ", noting that" body working to attract capital in accordance with the established plan since its inception, in addition to providing every support to investment companies.
