Mirani: We do not know the value of President Talabani only after absence

Praised

recovery to President Talabani.
And Mirani explained in
statements to the London-based Al-Sharq Al-Awsat, published on
Wednesday, 05/08/2013, that "after President Talabani's disease who ask
him a speedy recovery, and say with conviction that, whether in Iraq or
within the National Union or even we did not know the value of
democratic Mam Jalal completely only after temporary absence us. "
With
regard to the re-draft constitution to parliament to change the
political system, said Mirani: "the draft constitution prepared since
