[ltr]Confirmed the State of Law coalition, on Sunday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi did not include the Minister of Finance in the ministerial amendment being feared the region's president, Massoud Barzani.[/ltr]
[ltr]The MP said the coalition Iskandar and berries, L / balance News /, said that "the fact of keeping Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari in office, is due to the fear of Abadi Barzani."[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "the quota system is still clear in the new cabinet line-up."[/ltr]
