"The 2015 budget eliminated the export of three million barrels of oil a day, but have not reached that level at the beginning of the year," noting that "Iraq approached that level with the end of last year, but also did not tell him."
He believed that "the most prominent problem lies in the amount of exported oil from the Kurdistan region, which is still subject to negotiations so far."
He stressed the need to create a solid financial management to improve the way the miserable estimations, / according to the recipe /, and the agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government on the real amount of oil that can be exported.
