    Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided, on Monday, lifting the 23rd session of the second legislative term of the third legislative year half an hour to lack of quorum.
    A source in the Information Service of the Parliament that "House Speaker Osama Najafi has decided to lift the 23 session of the second legislative term of the third legislative year scheduled for today, half an hour to lack of quorum."
    He attributed the source, who requested anonymity, the reason for lack of a quorum to "the continued boycott of a coalition of state law to the parliament sessions and a number of deputies absent other bloc."
    It was scheduled to witness today's meeting, the vote on the bill the second amendment to the law of political re-separated number (24) of 2005, as amended, and the first reading of the draft law on the First Amendment to political prisoners Corporation Law No. (4) for the year 2006.
