Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Rahman al-Lawizi, of Watanioun bloc considered occupying the President’s post by the Vice President for more than 30 days as “Unconstitutional”.
He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com” “The 75th Article of the constitution states that the VP can replace the President and have his authorities.”
“These authorities must not be granted to the VP for more than 30 days where the same Article stated that the VP should not occupy this post for more than one month,” he concluded.
