Discuss
the Council of Ministers in its meeting held on Tuesday morning 14 /
May / 2013, developments in the agreement between the Turkish government
and the Kurdish opposition party, the PKK PKK.


The meeting issued the following statement:

While
confirming the Iraqi government to stand with peaceful solutions to all
problems faced by the countries of the region, it rejects to be at the
expense of Iraq and its national sovereignty.

Hence confirm the
Iraqi government rejected the withdrawal and the presence of the PKK
inside Iraqi territory, which is a flagrant violation of the sovereignty
and independence of Iraq and damaging to neighborly relations between
the two countries and common Bmassalhma.

Accordingly, the Council of Ministers decided of its Alamuraltalah meeting:

- mandated the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed the Turkish side
interception of Iraq and its absolute rejection to enter anyone armed or
unarmed Iraqi territory or any arrangements relating to Iraq without
reference to him.

2 - submit a complaint Iraq to the UN Security
Council to exercise its functions in maintaining international peace and
security and to take the appropriate decision to prevent overtaking on
Iraqi sovereignty.

3 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs to submit
memoranda in this regard to the Arab League and the Organization of
Islamic Cooperation to support Iraq in defense of its sovereignty.

- Iraq affirms its right to defend its sovereignty and independence as
it deems appropriate and within international laws and resolutions.
