[ltr]Said US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter, Wednesday, that the Iraqi government had not asked the United States to provide support for the award of the Iraqi security forces that are trying to edit the city of Fallujah, while expressed his country's readiness to provide support requested by Baghdad.[/ltr]
[ltr]Carter said in a statement published on the "USA Today", "The liberation of Fallujah campaign going as planned with the support of the international coalition," stressing that "the Iraqi government and security leaders supervisors of the campaign has not made any request the US side to provide additional support to prop up troops liberated. "[/ltr]
[ltr]Carter expressed, "the readiness of Washington to provide any of the forms of support required by Baghdad to help accelerate decisiveness in Fallujah."[/ltr]
