    The
    parliamentary Finance Committee said Haidar Al-Abadi, today, Tuesday,
    that an amendment to the current budget is difficult due to lack of
    time, and it needs to be an in-depth study into the House.

    Al-Ibadi
    said in a press statement that "the budget amendment is difficult where
    to study within the clusters and committees, and everyone knows that
    the budget nearly five months and took effect, and no discussions will
    take a long time as being in need of thorough review and legislative
    recess began the budget law is the only one of which is rotated to the
    next year and this makes us doubt get plenty of time to modify".

    "The
    Kurdish demands in the budget came for the purpose of the amendment is
    good and legit claim can be raised in Parliament and discussed by
    political blocs and the competent committees and in case of a consensus
    resolution, inside Parliament."

    We did not know until today on
    the paragraphs that you want to modify the budget act either through
    Parliament or through meetings in Baghdad between the Government and
    Kurdish delegations where only things and discussions on generalities
    without any details.
