{Baghdad: Euphrates News} lawyers said the board of the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, during the federal court hearing today to consider claims challenged the constitutionality of the two sessions of the parliament meetings, in April, the "User fingerprints and count and the hand of the deputies inside the session, shows the lack of a quorum for the session, chaired by MP Adnan al-Janabi" .
According to a brief statement to inform the federal authority, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, that "the lawyers for the board presidency of the Council of Representatives, stated that the information office provided them with lists of fingerprints and count and the hand of the deputies inside the session, shows the lack of a quorum for the session, Adnan al-Janabi" .. follow
