He noted the governor of Nineveh that requests for Ebadi also included" the provision of services to the liberated areas and open the door to volunteers in the ranks of the police directorate and pardon escapees and release theamounts deposited to the citizens in a bank Rafidain and Rasheed and open alternative to the headquarters of thedistricts in the province of Nineveh , the state. "
