    Regarding the return of the British consulate in Basra confirmed Baker, that "the talks were held in connection with the return of the British investment in the coming period and build strong relationships with the local government and visual people."
    The British Ambassador Frank Baker visited the province of Basra, the second time they met the governor and the head of the provincial council regarding water and service sector projects to attract British companies to work sober these projects.
