    He said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said that Iraq plans to settle all outstanding dues of foreign oil companies by the end of the year, as stipulated agreement with the International Monetary Fund.
    Saleh said a press statement, seen by news agency of our economy, "The decision is part of the measures approved by the government last week to secure loans worth $ 5.4 billion from the International Monetary Fund over three years." 
    Saleh did not disclose the size of the arrears but it was estimated last year, billions of dollars.

    Twilight News One adviser to Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi fiscal policies / said that Iraq plans to settle all outstanding dues of foreign oil companies by the end of the year, as stipulated agreement with the International Monetary Fund.
    Saleh said during an appearance in Baghdad, said the decision is part of the measures approved by the government last week to secure loans worth $ 5.4 billion from the International Monetary Fund over three years.
    Saleh did not disclose the size of the arrears but it was estimated last year, billions of dollars.
    Iraq seeks member of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to seek support for its budget from the international community after shrinking revenues due to the oil price collapse two years ago which led to the widening budget deficit and delayed benefits companies producing raw sewage.
