     said Nomani , the "Committee for the reconstruction of the provincial council and set up a mechanism to spend that amount on important projects, in coordination with the Department of the municipal Council ,where the Angels Wasit oilfield management , " noting that " the amounts allocated to the 11 service projects include electricity, education, water, sports and youth sectors." 
    He continued Nomani, that " the most important of these projects is the development and rehabilitation of theelectricity distribution network in a number of rural villages and lighting the entrance and the construction oftwo schools capacity of nine rows each one, in the villages of victory and luck, as well as a kindergarten in the center , " pointing out that "other projects planned implemented include extending water pipe from the city center to ten village and another from liquefaction issued project dialog to the Tigris River with a plant to filter the water of 50 m3 in Almdhira village, and rehabilitation Square Stadium side with the establishment of anexternal fence for him. " it is 
    noteworthy that the free hand, one of the fertile agricultural areas in the province through agricultural Hosseinieh project , which includes nearly 50 thousand acres of good land, in addition to the presence ofhumpback oil field within the administrative boundaries of the hand, which is run by the Oasis Chinese company produces 140 thousand barrels per day.
