Regulates the Union of Arab Banks peak international Arab banking business 2013 in the Austrian capital Vienna to discuss the role of banks in building civil capacity in countries after conflicts. Said Secretary-General of the Federation and Sam Fattouh (morning): This summit will be held in collaboration with the United Nations (offices Vienna) for the period from 27 to 28 June.
He added that the developments and recent changes that threatened to a certain extent the collapse of the economic and social systems, as well as other government institutions in some Arab countries such as Iraq, Tunisia, Libya and Egypt, stresses the need to build the capacity of civilian can not in the end only to regain confidence and is working to establish institutions capable of crisis management and conflict and walk towards sustainable economic growth more influential.
He said Fattouh (Lebanese nationality) that this summit will be held under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Austria Heinz Fischer and attended by Vice-Chancellor and Foreign Minister Austrian Michael Hbandilegr with support from the Chamber of Commerce Austro-Arab and the European Union for the banking sector. Said will be the completion of these issues with the views of the dependent detailed studies and stories the success of the sector and the role of Arab and international banking, pointing out that this summit will see the establishment of a ceremonial ceremony for the Arab Bank for the general from 2012 to 2013.
Iraq has been a member of the Union of Arab Banks, where a country general manager of the Rasheed Bank Kazim Mohammed fistula, also takes the Union of Beirut-based as its President, with the offices of foreign subsidiaries in a number of Arab countries, especially Egypt, Sudan, Jordan, and a network of strategic relations with major banking and financial institutions scattered in other Arab countries to cooperate with the Union to provide various services to the banking sectors in these countries.
