    With the escalation of the importance of the transition to a market economy and reliance on the private sector as a key factor for the advancement of the economy of nations, the House of Representatives is moving to avote to amend the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce law during the current legislative term of its importance in achieving the desired goals that are compatible with government reforms. According to theChairman of the Committee of Economy and Alastosmaralgnapeh Jawad al - Bolani, the new amendments to the election include mechanisms and the abolition of some of the previous instructions that were hampering the work of the Union, as well as the nomination and put instructed him how to support this union and theadvancement of the steps that contribute to the development of the private sector in the country. The parliamentary committee last month held a workshop to discuss the second amendment to the Law of theFederation of Chambers of Commerce No. (43) for the year 1989, it was attended by President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce Jlahamdana and his accompanying delegation and representatives from the private sector. The terms of the law more than 1.1 million citizens working in internal and external trade. He said al -Bolani said the law after amendments will be sober and meets the ambitious merchant, as it will serve thecitizen who depends entirely on his life on this sector , which secures him clothing and food, services andother life things. 
    The work of Chambers of Commerce Federation of the organization and the development of business activity in the scope of its competence and strengthening the role of this activity in the process of economic development. For his part, economist Rahim Al Shammari called for the simplification of procedures relating tothe registration of companies. 
    He Shammari said in a statement, the need for the amendment includes this point (simplification ofprocedures) in order to improve the Iraqi economy for the better , and the development of trade relations and the promotion of the private sector which is one of the most important pillars of development at the moment, urging the government to speed up the application of the reform , the special aspect  of 
    economic development .
