    He gave a former officer in the British army evidence that British troops that participated in the war against Iraq in two thousand and three forcing civilians to cross the rivers in Iraq, killing a number of them drowned
    British newspaper The Guardian and the movement of the officer confirmed that the operation was well-known and used extensively where he is the involvement of Iraqi civilians in the rivers or canals and sometimes forcing them to take off their clothes and keep them in the sun for long periods
    The officer added that senior officers in the army knew that the soldiers are doing the move in an orderly fashion, but sometimes the officers who make the orders for soldiers to do the business
    The paper explains that the written testimony of the officer has been handed over to the commission investigating the victims of the war in Iraq , a separate report to the Chilcot Inquiry report on British participation in the Iraq war .
