Legal Committee of the House of Representatives revealed, Tuesday, to collect 50 signatures to enact a law to prevent the government acting appointment without the consent of the House of Representatives.
Said committee member Ibtisam al-Hilali told / information / "The presidency of the parliament is responsible for disabling the legislation of laws that will regulate the political process in the country, having seen the great differences which negatively impact on the process of state institutions, administration, and what happened from floundering in called the process of reforms ".
Hilali said, "There are more than 50 signatures were collected to push passage of a law to prevent the government acting appointment and uniqueness of appointment decisions without the consent of the House of Representatives."
The Council of Ministers decided in the last few weeks, the dismissal of several ministers and deputy ministers and directors procurators banks or independent bodies, and the appointment of replacements for them by proxy, prompting many MPs to demand that Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to get away from pursuing the recruitment policy of acting and show people who are competent to be appointed my own name, for the management of the country's institutions.
