Denied President for Legal Affairs Adviser Prince Kanani, on Friday, and a delay to ratify the death sentences, noting that the ceremony made seamlessly, while attributed the reasons that delay the implementation of those provisions to a retrial requests.
Said Kanani told / information /, that "there is no delay in the approval of the death sentences, and the ceremony made seamlessly," noting that "because of the delay gets retrial requests."
Kanani said that "the provisions implemented by the Ministry of Justice made after the issuance of a presidential decree to that effect."
And ratified by the presidency, on Tuesday, a law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the face of President Fuad Masum, to investigate the delay in implementing it, after receiving a presidential significant criticism for delaying the ratification of the provisions Alagdam against terrorists.
