    It announced that the veterinary hospital in the province of Muthanna management, on Saturday, the formation of nine teams to monitor and follow up on any casualties from bird flu in poultry farms and places of breeding birds in the province - its Samawa (270 km southwest of Baghdad) - and pointed to non -registration of any cases of this disease in the province so far. And as pointed to continuing to distribute vaccines to poultry farmers, the launch of an awareness campaign to define symptoms of infection and ways to avoid campaign confirmed. 
    The director of the hospital veterinarian in Muthanna Kareem Abdul - Zahra, in an interview with (long -Presse), "it was the formation of nine teams to monitor and follow up on cases of bird flu the registered poultry farms to the hospital as well as houses and bird breeders, "he said . " the move comes after therecent spread of the disease in the capital Baghdad and the province of Wasit. " 
    said Abdul - Zahra that" monitoring teams spread across the regions to follow up on any suspected cases ofinjury to any disease diseases affecting poultry , "pointing out that" the hospital will work in the coming days in cooperation with other departments to launch awareness campaigns to explain the symptoms of bird flu and other diseases in addition to continuing to provide poultry farmers with vaccines and medicines to address any medical conditions quickly. " 
    stressed Abdul - Zahra that "preservation does not register yet any bird flu infections." The Iraqi Ministry ofAgriculture announced that , in the (13 July 2016), that Iraq was free of bird flu after addressing some of theinfected spots in the capital Baghdad and the province of Wasit, and confirmed that it "prevented themovement of poultry between the two provinces," as called for border crossings to "not be allowed to enter if you do not carry import certified by the Ministry of Commerce and leave. "
