    Iraq Stock Exchange confirmed Saturday, their quest for "dissemination of investment securities and the use of technology in theorganization of work culture", as pointed out that it would work to "attract investment and make the decisions of investors positive to contribute to the achievement of sustainable development." 
    Said Executive Director of the Iraq market Taha Ahmed Abdul Salam said in an interview to the (long -Presse), on the sidelines of a workshop held by the market in the presence of a number of specialists to discuss the role of the rules of corporate governance, disclosure and bank guarantor and teleconference for investors to attract and promote investment and trading securities, " the Iraqi market is interested in thedeployment of investment culture securities, and spread the culture of the use of technology in theorganization of work and attract stakeholders direct from the owners of companies. " 
    Ahmed said," the workshop pointed to the use of technological advances in the performance of thecontribution and the stock market companies, and that will attract investment and make the decisions ofinvestors positive ", stressing "that will contribute to the achievement of sustainable development." 
    the Iraq stock Exchange announced that , in ( the seventh of July 2016) 0.98847000000 shares traded during the month of June, the value of 32.211 billion dinars, while confirming that falling stock value compared to last May.

    Forged Iraq Stock Exchange on Saturday, a workshop under the theme (the role of the rules of corporate governance and disclosure contributing companies and bank guarantor and teleconference for investors to attract and promote investment and trading securities) on the Hall of the Baghdad Hotel.
    The executive director of the Iraqi market for securities, Taha Ahmed Abdul Salam, in a statement singled out the "Economy News" today we evaluate this workshop devoted to the discussion of the draft corporate governance of joint stock companies compiled by the Securities Commission instructions, noting that trading securities activation requirements are issuing Market Law capital in Iraq, which has completed its draft since 2008 by the capital market experts Iraqis, Arabs and foreigners, and the diversification of financial instruments, especially in the investment bond issuance and filing instructions and trading government bonds and corporate bonds.
    He said he must issue the rules of corporate governance of joint stock companies based on the principles of disclosure and transparency, and speed up the establishment of the Deposit Insurance Corporation to protect the national savings and attract them to deposit in banks.
    For his part, director of control and inspection in the Securities Commission Abbas Fadel Hassan, said that large companies affecting the domestic and international economic situation is dramatically greater the activity of the company whenever its impact on economic growth and employment process larger and clearer than the smaller and less corporate influence.
    He pointed out that the concept of governance, a set of rules and procedures under which the company's management and control by regulating the relations between the board and the executive management, shareholders and other stakeholders.
    The workshop was attended by Managing Director of the Bank of Ashur International Adnan Chalabi, the number of workers in the Iraqi private banks association and representatives from banks and private companies in Iraq.
