    Pledged for the security and defense committee in the House of Representatives, on Tuesday, to "study" any agreement signed between Iraq and the United States on counter-explosives and monitor its implementation, and while confirming that the parliament will approve any agreement that meets the interests of the Iraqi people, suggested Washington's push to implement agendas through the Convention if signed.
    Said committee member Mohammed al-Karbouli in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The Commission welcomes any agreement between Iraq and the United States regarding the disclosure of bombs wheels", he returned that "such cooperation needs protocols to deal with the Iraqi government."
    The US defense secretary, Ashton Carter, presented to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, during his recent visit to Baghdad, in the (11 July 2016), to help Iraq in the detection of explosives, by providing the agency improvised bomb in the ministry Services (Pentagon known as) ( JIDA).
    He Karbouli, that "the security and defense committee in Parliament will consider any agreement of this kind taking place the necessary adjustments to them and monitors their implementation," noting that "the House of Representatives will approve any agreement in which the interests of the Iraqi people."
    He Karbouli, that "under the current circumstances in Iraq and the United States needs a clear vision of the car bombs file and reduce them," he said, adding that it is "the duty of the United States to train Iraqi security forces on car bombs and places of booby-trapping revealed according to an agreement security between the two countries. "
    Karbouli did not rule out that "the existence of the agendas of the United States wants implemented through the Convention in the event of signature," stressing that "each party or the state does not provide assistance to Iraq in order to darkening his eyes, but to carry out their agendas, however, the Committee welcomes any assistance in service Iraqi citizens. "
    The agency improvised at the US Department of Defense Pentagon bombings, Colonel Shields manager, said during a meeting with Iraqi officials this week, the US capital, Washington, said the agency "will not be able" to provide quick solutions to suppress a series of suicide attacks in Iraq.
    The agency (JIDA) introduced in 2009, and has worked with US forces in Iraq to detect explosives that were used by al-Qaeda.
