    Saadi said that "preservation projects have been stalled for three years and we have a debt of more than 150 billion dinars as rights to contractors," adding that " the ministerial projects playground, swimming pool Maysan and water project great architecture is still disabled, note that the local government had informed theministries about the reason for project failure and formed committees and closed then no one is unaccounted for . " 
    He said al - Saadi that" the current session of the provincial council lacks the presence of any new projects because of the financial crisis experienced by the country, which requires that there is a strategy for theadvancement of the economy such as the operation of factories, laboratories or an airport in the province ,similar to the rest of the provinces. " 
    the House of Maysan announced, in the 26th of June 2016, about the existence of 11 new investment opportunity to maintain, while between it concern the sectors of industry, agriculture, electricity, youth and Sports, accused local authorities of blocking investment and threatened to expose them.
