    This is KOOL! more and more proof the banking system is about to be advance with the electronic system of adding and subtracting fiat currency. Good for them and good for us. It does state in Iraq but that doesn't bother me as if it works in Iraq it will work aboard too as soon as they want it too. Good post, thought we already had a post on the electronic currency but what ever, good post with a dealine before the facial year end...

    wow!!!!!  this says taking cash out of circulation and making payments electronically!!!!  I thought more ppl would be excited about this one

    that would be great to remove 77 percent of the cash in circulation in Iraq.   And they want to start this in September?  Awesome.

    that would be great to remove 77 percent of the cash in circulation in Iraq.   And they want to start this in September?  Awesome.  
    And a lot of this will be drawn in within 2 weeks of a rate adjustment
