He added that " the cost of rebuilding and development of the plant was less than what had been planned, knowing that the government gas stations account for 20% of the total stations mobilization of fuel in Iraq, where the private sector in this side of 80%. "
For his part, the official spokesman for the oil Ministry , Asim Jihad said . " Ministry is going ahead in its measures to provide better services to citizens through therehabilitation and development of processing outlets and filling stations according tocivilized standards to facilitate the arrival of oil derivatives to citizens high smoothly and in accordance with global production standards. "
