Uz..khevc member of the Committee of Economy and Investment parliamentary Najiba Najib, on Monday, the inadequacy of Iraq's oil revenue to pay the salaries of state employees, pointing out that the deficit is financed salaries from the central bank's assets.

Najib said in an interview with / Baghdadi News / "Iraq's oil revenues for the past eight months did not exceed 30 billion dinars, while the employees' salaries exceeded about 40 billion during the past few months, and this puts us in a financial deficit."

She said, "This fiscal deficit is covered from the central bank's assets", calling for "a new economic policies to ensure finding non-oil fiscal revenues."

It is said that the House of Representatives voted to consider the price of a barrel of oil in the current year's budget based on $ 45 a barrel, while oil prices have seen a large fluctuation as a result of oversupply and low Tlb.
