MP for the Reform Front MP Mohammed Chihod saw that theabolition of the eighth paragraph of the general amnesty law is a critical necessity because it is mine , which undermines the law.
Chihod explained in a statement that the eighth paragraph of theGeneral Amnesty Law allows retrial of criminals and murderers ,terrorists with blood on their hands the blood of Iraqis also would clear Sharratt criminals the likes of Tariq al - Hashemi, Rafie al - Issawi and Nasser al - Janabi, Ali Suleiman and others and thereby become Article IV , which excludes many crimes have no value, adding that with the enactment of the amnesty law , which gives an opportunity for some convicts, but not terrorists whose hands are stained with the blood ofIraqis
