The cabinet approved on Sunday, a bill IAEC auditor by the State Council and forwarded to the House of Representatives, also authorized the Minister of Human Rights the power to sign a draft agreement on Iraq's accession to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
