    A member of the parliamentary legal committee Kamel al-Zaidi said the draft amnesty law would include those convicted of Iraqis only and does not include foreigners.
    Zaidi said in a statement that "Hamshrua law includes defendants convicted of Iraqis not only foreign convicts, and all of the hands are stained with the blood of Iraqis will be tried and prosecuted obtain punished according to the law and the Iraqi constitution."

    The House of Representatives postponed a vote on the draft general amnesty law to the Thursday session at the request of the Legal Committee for re-drafting of the final list of amendments.
