    Announced the parliamentary finance committee member Majda al-Tamimi "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi request to amend the draft federal general budget of the new law before being sent to Parliament.

    She explained that "the budget in 2017 to balance the overall approach 2016 with a difference at the price of a barrel of oil and a few changes."

    She noted that "the parliamentary committee does not expect that the new budget includes many functional scores, because the present situation of the Iraqi state does not allow this," as she noted that "there are other laws will begin later that will provide jobs and jobs for unemployed youth."
    She continued, "it was calculating the price of a barrel of oil at an average price $ 35 proposal of the parliamentary committee, of the need to take necessary precautions and build government spending at a low rate in order to avoid economic crises and falling oil prices."
