    {Baghdad:
    Euphrates News} Kurdistan Alliance confirmed that the visit of Prime Minister
    Nuri al-Maliki to the region was part of restoring legitimacy and the moral
    value of the Maliki government.


    The MP said the
    Kurdistan Alliance proof Faraj told {Euphrates News} "There are pressing
    problems in a certain direction and Maliki's visit to Kurdistan represented a
    positive step in the political arena."


    Prime Minister
    Nuri al-Maliki has had on Sunday paid a visit to the Kurdistan region witnessed
    a meeting of the Council of Ministers in the province of Arbil and the meeting
    between Maliki and Kurdish regional president Massoud Barzani and held a press
    conference stressed the necessity of resorting to the Constitution in
    addressing the outstanding issues between the governments of the center and the
    Kurdistan region.


    In
    the framework of the said Barzani said
    he would visit Baghdad soon
    , as decided Higher Committee between the

    government."
