Massive Fraud Uncovered, Hillary Suspiciously Involved With Missing $6B From State Dept.
August 29, 2016 Martin Walsh News
Where Is The $6 Billion, Hillary?
A report has been released indicating that the State Department misplaced and lost just over $6 billion due to the improper filing of contracts during the past six years, mainly during the tenure of former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, according to a newly released Inspector General report.
Interesting to ponder this entire situation. Either Hillary is too lazy to hire a good staff to prevent wasteful costs or maybe there is a much deeper answer to this question that we aren’t seeing yet. The State Dept. claims the $6 billion in unaccounted funds poses a “significant financial risk and demonstrates a lack of internal control over the Department’s contract actions,” according to the report.
The alert warns that the missing contracting funds “could expose the department to substantial financial losses.” The report centered on State Department contracts worth “more than $6 billion in which contract files were incomplete or could not be located at all.”
We Demand Answers, Crooked Hillary?
“The failure to maintain contract files adequately creates significant financial risk and demonstrates a lack of internal control over the Department’s contract actions,” the alert states. The situation “creates conditions conducive to fraud, as corrupt individuals may attempt to conceal evidence of illicit behavior by omitting key documents from the contract file,” the report concluded.
There’s your missing clue. You do not misplace $6 billion, but you could slowly take it if it’s stolen in small increments over the course of time and someone was set to be the fall person. Happens all the time in large corporations. Don’t think Hillary and Bill would do that? You’re fooling yourself.
Additionally, 48 of the 82 contract files that were produced “did not contain all of the documentation required by” internal regulations, according to the report. The 48 “incomplete files” were worth another $2.1 billion, according to the report.
If We Can Find The Documents, We Can See Which Company Paid Hillary $6 Billion. She Is Hiding Something. $6 Billion Doesn’t Just “Go Missing.”
A further audit of the department’s Bureau of African Affairs found that administrators “were unable to provide complete contract administration files for any of the eight contracts that were reviewed.” These contracts were worth $34.8 million.
The reports ends with a rather peculiar case. The investigation found at least a dozen instances in which a company owned by the spouse of a contractor employee was not properly documented. So, why would someone remain undocumented if they were heavily involved with doing contractual work with the State Department?
“In the case of work undertaken by OIG’s Office of Investigations, one investigation revealed that a contract file did not contain documentation reflecting that modifications and task orders were awarded to the company owned by the spouse of a contractor employee performing as a Contract Specialist for the contract,” the report states.
Truer Words Have Never Been Spoken
The contract in question was worth $52 million. Sources at the State Dept. have indicated that millions of dollars would go missing from large contracts and they were never accounted for. The source indicates that if the State Dept. handled a major contract, it would be common for millions to disappear, but no one would ever look any further because they were afraid to get caught.
Now, this source was speaking about contracts from 2010-2012, and guess who was the Secretary of State at that time? Hillary Clinton. While we do not have a paper trail, yet, we know how the Clinton’s operate. We know how dirty and corrupt they are and that they will do anything for personal gain, even abuse governmental power.
The OIG reports ends by stating: “In a number of recent OIG inspections, OIG identified contract file management deficiencies in a highly unusual number of cases dating from 2008 to 2014.” Well, Hillary was Secretary of State from 2008-2012, coincidence?
Given that we have no paper trail, we cannot prove Hillary laundered $6 billion to herself over her tenure as Secretary of State, but we know her history of corruptness. The money has been unaccounted for since 2012, and no one else has been able to find anything else? They are protecting her again.
From Whitewater” to Benghazi, Hillary Clinton’s career is paved with lies. As the email scandals continue to come out, we are constantly reminded that she continues to fool the American people. How long has she gotten away with it? Will we be able to stop her?
Sad, But True
The American political system is politically corrupt, and Hillary has become too big to jail. Week by week, the news about this corrupt politician who wants to become President of the United States of America shows the dark character of Hillary Clinton. Not only Hillary is “crooked” like Donald Trump puts, Bill, Loretta Lynch, and Obama are just as dirty because they support her wholeheartedly.
The Clinton Foundation is an enterprise for the self-enrichment of the Clinton family. Chelsea Clinton is paid $3 million dollars a year from the Clinton Foundation. ($58,000.00 a week, $1440.00 an hour) plus $75,000.00 for each speech. They have 350 employees, and only 10% of their contributions go to an actual charity.
Goodwill Industries CEO earns $2.3 Million a year, employs 318,000 employees, and they help 26.4 million people a year, here in the United States of America.
Highest Bidder Gets State Department Goodies!
Can we prove Hillary laundered $6 billion? No. But it sure is suspicious that the largest fraudulent case against the State Dept. came when Hillary Clinton (of all people) was Secretary of State. Hillary proposes ways to increase government in our lives whereas Trump is looking to give the states and the people their freedoms back.
Donald Trump indicated that when elected, he was going to request that each federal government agency send him a list of their wasteful spending and where they could cut costs. Trump has indicated that he expects that number collectively to be around $1 billion. He said that money is going to fix the infrastructure of this country. Roads, lights, bridges, and so on.
He will fix the entire structure of this country. Stronger infrastructure, secure borders, safer communities, stronger military, and so on. Hillary will just find another way to launder $6 billion. We hold the power to change the course of this election. Hillary cannot stand for longer than 10 minutes, she is mentally ill, she takes Parkinson’s medicine, and she has now been linked to $6 billion missing from the State Dept. Is that who you want to lead this country?
