US Secretary of State John Kerry called on Wednesday, China and the Philippines to abide by the decision of an international court on the dispute in the South China Sea and said there was no military solution to the Mhklh.otota Kerry 's remarks -alta made during a visit to Hend- before the Group of Twenty , held a summit in China on Sunday and Monday.
