    Iraqi political sources revealed that the Iraqi government the inclusion of the popular crowd expenses within two thousand and seventeen year budget.
    The sources also revealed in an interview with the Kuwaiti newspaper policy that government sources suggested one billion and three hundred million dollars annual budget of that is that the latter wants to raise the amount to one billion, eight hundred million dollars, adding that negotiations are still ongoing between the parties to determine the amount before the parliamentary debate next year's budget and adoption factions.
    The sources warned that Iran has plans to transform the popular crowd to military force to intervene in the Arab countries that have differences with Khamenei's regime and its allies in the region.
