    Union: Baghdad Economic Forum was held and banking, on Friday, amid calls for the twinning of private banks with the Arab world, while the Bankers Association confirmed that the forum called on the Iraqi government to support the private sector to keep pace with economic development in the country.


    The head of the Federation of private banks Manaf Badri, in a speech on the occasion of Forum that "laws on banks need to be modified to cope with Iraqi banks than in the countries of the world", calling for a "twinning these banks with international banks and Arab in order to develop the economic sector and banking sector in the country."

    Euphrates news} Economist Abdul Rahman confirmed the shaykhli to
    Baghdad banking economic forum a step towards building a successful
    Iraqi economy.

    And the shaykhli said in {Euphrates news} today
    "Economic Forum held in Baghdad good economic step toward building Iraqi
    economy thriving and would provide a good life for Iraq and its people
    in this time and the future."

    And he pointed out that "Iraq and
    after ten years of shy away from a totalitarian regime and restricted
    economy to be its new relationships with Arabic countries and the world
    and open up the country's financial investments".

    shaykhli added that "the Iraqi economy must move away from relying on a
    single resource rent and that the economy was relying on oil for a
    prosperous and strong investment all elements of Iraq water and
    agricultural and livestock and to help build a strong economy and rising
    staff while ensuring its sustainability to infinity".
