"
He said al-Shammari, "This project is a large and important projects, as it will be designed according to the latest international standards," adding that he "will make it the country's largest producer of petrochemicals in the region, and will provide a lot of job opportunities to the people of Basra and the surrounding provinces, will also encourage and plastic industry, textile industries in the south of the country.
