    Said First Deputy Chairman of the Kuwaiti Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, on Saturday, on his country's intention to hold a conference for donors to provide financial support and the reconstruction of liberated areas in Iraq, while praised the great triumphs of the Iraqis achieve in their fight against al Daesh terrorist.
    A statement by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry received (Journal News) a copy of it, that "the Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari morning met with First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah of Kuwait, on the sidelines of United Nations General Assembly in New York."
    "The parties agreed in the meeting the importance of holding the meetings of the joint committee during the month of December next in Baghdad, and the completion of the efforts in the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries."
    The al-Jaafari, according to the statement that "bilateral relations between Iraq and Kuwait is on track to meet the ambitious and the two brotherly peoples," and expressed "gratitude to Kuwait for Iraq to postpone the debt for three years until 2017".
    He showed al-Jaafari was surprised about "the last GCC statement with respect to Iraq because it was not correct in the facts of what is happening on the Iraqi scene analysis, an interference in the internal affairs of Iraq," noting that "Iraqis who responded to the advisory opinion of the religious authority to sacrifice their blood and achieve victories against Daesh terrorist , and they have kept the unity and sovereignty of Iraq, and defended the region and the world. "
    For his part, praised the first deputy prime minister, the Kuwaiti foreign minister "big victories by the Iraqis achieved in the war against Daesh terrorist," adding that "Kuwait is investing its relations with the countries of the world to urge them to provide the necessary supplies for Iraq in its war against these gangs."
    He said the morning, that "Kuwait took the initiative to help Iraq, and is determined to hold a conference for donors to provide financial support and the reconstruction of liberated areas and the return of displaced people to their home areas," noting that "the coming phase will witness intensive consultations to accelerate practical steps for the conference."
