    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Hussein Raysan, of al-Ahrar bloc within the Sadr Trend stated that some failed security leaders were assigned due to their political allegiance and not qualifications.[/ltr]

    [ltr]In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “Some security leaders are paying for getting their posts for a year or more,” noting that “Some failed security leaders are also assigned due to their allegiance and not qualifications.”[/ltr]

    [ltr]He called “The government to conduct quick changes on the security posts due to the close Sha’abaniyah rituals in Karbala where Sunday bombings represent an earlier warning to fix the security breaches.”[/ltr]
